David Griffin & Company Realtors was founded in 1982 by David Griffin. The offices are located at 3535 Travis at Lemmon, overlooking the Katy Trail. The company's vision was to market and connect Dallas neighborhoods surrounding our urban center. With the expansion of the city northward, the neighborhoods north of downtown were grouped together with one identity, the neighborhoods east of downtown with another, and the neighborhoods south of downtown with a third.

The company was founded in 1982 to celebrate and to promote these older, life-enriching neighborhoods and has now grown to over 50 agents and one of the largest real estate firms in North Texas.
 
Several years ago, with the redevelopment of the Oak Lawn/Turtle Creek, Uptown and Downtown neighborhoods, David Griffin & Company Realtors developed the city's leading marketing arm to represent the new residential condominium-townhouse developments that were springing up throughout these neighborhoods. You cannot drive through Oak Lawn/Turtle Creek, Uptown or State Thomas without seeing David Griffin & Company Realtors signs with their distinctive, stylized green logo. The company has successfully marketed residential developments. David Griffin & Company Realtor's agents are the area's number one sales force for the on-site marketing required to successfully sell these new residences.
